I can not believe Groupon offers deals like this one,I wasted a morning coming out this salon with the worst Mani/pedicure ever,Please be not the next victim.

I think you know enough from the comments but I'd like to add to them. I live in Barsha, and thought it would be ideal to get a groupon here. I got it, and then i tried to call them a 100 times and no one answered. So i drove down and walked in to find the owner sleeping on the couch. (lazy, rude, sloppy, no respect for customers) So I asked her, why no one ever answered, and she told me I was lying. She said call and check now, it will ring. I decided not to argue further, and she finally gave me an appointment. I came for the appointment, and decided to give them another chance. I sat their getting my gelish manicure pedicure, and the phone was ringing CONTINUOUSLY. and NO ONE got off their lazy asses to even answer the phone. I was shocked. It was almost as it it were music to their ears. All the staff sit and watch Arabic tv shows on their TV and do not give a rat's ass about customer service. I had another groupon which I had to use unfortunately, and sent my mom there after booking an appointment with the owner itself. When my mom reached, they harassed her and my mom called me to talk to the owner and figure out what the problem was, the owner REFUSED TO TAKE THE PHONE FROM MY MOM. She is the rudest person I have seen, and I really hope the salon closes down ASAP.

The Point Is, Groupon is a crap! They get deals from shady salons & shops that do not make money and sell 2nd hand merchandise as well. I remember getting a remote controll toy from them, thinking the Toy would be exactly the same as it was sold on the video on youtube, but it turnded out to be an exact cheap copy. I was so dissapointed as I had purchased 2 for both my brothers kids. the first one I picked up was so bad that I didnt ever go back to collect the second one even though i purchased it. I lost AED 450, to Groupon, and Cobone sucks equally. My dad purchased a phone for my mom from there and when it reached home, it didnt work. The moral of the story is, sites like Groupon and Cobone are trying to fool you, makign you think your getting a discount, in crap places. So be the smarter one and stop wasting your money.

RUDE STAFF!
Made an appointment last week (bought the vouchers through Groupon worth 500 Dhs) and when we went, it took 10 minutes for someone to even come to Reception at first. They then claimed we didn't have an appointment (we had driven from Dubai Sillicon Oasis). Now obviously, we have the right as clients to be upset, however, we did agree to re-schedule. The woman was so Rude with a foul attitude, and when we tried to point this out, she then REFUSED to give us an appointment (including throwing the book across the table at us). This also included swearing at us in Arabic (which she thought we wouldn't understand) + trying to push my friend out of the door of the salon. We ended up having to call the police.
Never going back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And will be telling all my friends not to go either + reporting this to Groupon.

Guys, many of you may not be aware of this service by the DED has a Customer Protect Divison..for people like you and me to report about everyday ill experiences related to purchasing Goods and Services and stuff.

@Suzie - you can let them know, im doing it right now, cas I honestly was very shocked at upset this salon treats customers!! Even the owner is the same! *shocked*

I have lived in UAE all my life, and never come across this ill mannered staff !!

Went there a day ago, to use my Groupon voucher...had to go to the salon directly as inspite of repeatedly trying to contact them I was unable to fix an appointment for myself. WHY? As their phone lines were never reachable. (I have call logs to prove the number of times I tried to contact both their lines). Since they are close to where I live, I drove down to the salon because I realized something was wrong with their telephone lines.
Entered to see a woman lying down on the reception couch. Alright maybe they don’t get that busy, fair enough for people to take a nap!
The receptionist comes, I tell her I’m trying to get in touch with them and have a Groupon deal I’d like to use. She blindly refuses me outright saying no, it will not work without even looking at my voucher!!
When I enquired and got upset as to why, she told me it’s expired, groupon is not accepting it. I remarked that couldn’t be true, as I have many a times used my GROUPON vouchers and I know the voucher in my hand clearly said I am well within validity to use my voucher.
She went on to raise her voice to tell me rudely it is not their problem and that GROUPON was not accepting these vouchers, and pushes towards me many vouchers left on her table of other customers like me. I told her I will call GROUPON to clarify this. When she saw me dialing my phone, the lady sleeping on the couch (I later realize she is the owner/manager of the salon) gets up talks in arabic to this receptionist and says something if I made any appointment. I explain to them how they expect a customer to make an appointment if they do not answer their phone!! She says I am lying!! I was pretty shocked at the remark. Because I know am I right, I prove myself to her and ring her landline right there and then in front of them, the screen shows number busy/unreachable (exactly what I was telling them) but the truth is they have taken the phone off the base!!
She then rudely locates her handset and bangs her phone and we call again and the phone lines ring. (I see many of you had the same problem, I honestly know like me you've been unable to get thru them too BUT I caught the salon red handed myself today, because she said our phone lines are busy with people calling and then when i went there i saw what they do because they are understaffed )
She goes on to refuse to give me an appointment saying they are FULL…I’m standing there, I can see they have no one in the salon, they were empty. Infact she just took a walk-in customer right in front of me. So ?? Is it because I availed a discount group purchase deal I am not being entertained by them. The owner / Salon Manager (Nasser Henda) speaks in Arabic, saying “Khallas, don’t give her an appointment, and tells me to GET OUT. “

I told her I won’t leave and will ensure I first sort this with a GROUPON Customer Rep right there and then I get thru your Customer Rep. Riyaz from the call center. By then this lady is passing absurd insulting remarks towards me and to my shock she manhandled me and tried to throw me out from her salon. I was standing at the reception desk and she takes my papers and my handbag and pushes me!!
I ensured I stood right there logged my complaint with GROUPON, and guess what they confirmed to me that no they were not having any issues with the voucher I am trying to use and I could very well avail it at the vendor location!! So they LIED AGAIN!!

But I changed my mind of even wanting to use the salon as I was shocked at how rude n misbehaving they were!!

Had to call 100 times to get the location and ended up being late for the appointment. No wonder why the staffs are rude coz the owner it self is very rude. dont know how to treat costumers!

Horrible experience, i have never been treated so badly EVER. The staff are rude and dont even look you in the eye. They treat you like you are being punished for something. I will never ever ever go back, even if they offer free service. This place should be closed down! Its shocking!

I felt like i was being punished rather than feeling like a paying customer. I will never go back even if they offer me free service! Dont even TRRRRYYY to go there, you'll end up feeling miserable.

DO NOT GO THERE. I walked in and there was nobody to attend customers. When owner came, she was shockingly rude and told me to leave the salon because she would not accept the voucher on the bb but only the print out. Even after I told her I would bring it later, she refused and started to make a phone call and ignored me. It took 3 months to make an appointment as nobody would EVER answer the phone. Salon is right next to a garbage colletion room which is disgusting. Worst experience ever.

Most HORRIBLE saloon i have ever been to..would advice anyone going there to thnk twice, terrible service, inhospitable, unfriendly and rude owner and last but not the least hugely understaffed. We bought packages on a deal but ended up losing money bcuz they wud not take us.

I just had a groupon voucher from them and the place the staff and everything is horrendous. The owner started shouting at me because she was washing her hair and I had to wait for someone to start my nails and to top it all of she MANHANDLED me and asked me "A Customer" to get out of the salon if I can not wait. The staff are extremely unruly, the place is a filth and I would request people please do not visit the place.

the dear ladies are very tired. i had never had gelish before and the result is awful... my beautiful natural long nails are short and stubby, uneven in length and roundness. a couple of cuts in the skin too... my toes look like a 3 yo has experimented with coloured glue.. you get what you pay for... if you can't get an appointment dont be disappointed, put it down to a bad groupon buy.

Two weeks ago, when I made my appointment, the stuff was very rude, answering with "aham, aham". I got a deal from groupon and to get the appointment i had to call groupon and make a complaint. The salon wasn t answering the phone. After reading what you wrote here, I called again today at the saloon and made sure they wait for me at 5 pm. Again they answered after calling forever. I will let you know how was the experience itself...but the stuff is completly abnormal, aliens to me.

Terrible experience - had a deal from an online website and called for schedule, when I arrived there, 3 other guests were waiting for 30 mins already, and they said I didn't have an appointment and staff started shouting at me.
