Holding a voucher since 7th Oct 2012 managed to get them on the phone only after it expired as the line is always busy right through out, when they informed me that they have extended it to end April 2013. Todate I am unable to get them on the phone to make an appointment. Why did Groupon take on this Salon as they are absolutely useless. Groupon must make the refund for this services as I have not time to sit with my phone to get them on line.

this place is the most unproffessional and worst service ever..I have no clue how on earth are they surviving in here!! i took 10 appointments and none of them work with them..either the staff is on vacation or they just simply erase my name and put some other person instead of me, saying that i never booked with them :S luckily my phone number was written next to the new lady's name! Anna who works there is such a liar. she even hang up the phone on me once because I asked her how on earth they always give me wrong appointments!!

I will try to reach the owner and explain how unprofessional and how useless is the service in her salon!

worst service in Dubai.. bought a coupon and they are refusing me one of the services by saying the massage lady is outside dubai for 3 months!!! they give me appointments and when i show up they told me the lady took the day off, etc.. it's really aweful and i will never deal with them again!!!!

i beleive that this salon should be reported to the authorities for their lousy services and bad attitude. i also bought a coupon and regret it big time....

It is a hell getting appointment..very every disorganized..after calling them for months and months I booked an appointment. I drove there but they had no staff as she went sick and nobody bother to call me to cancel my appointment..and since them I am trying to book another appointment..The line is either busy or no today answers ,,I am wondering who is the manager of this messy place,,I am very disappointed

These guys change appointments without informing you and never pick up the phone. I had to make a trip down to the salon in person to confirm an appointment after 23 tries. Nobody was at the reception, so I had to venture into the main salon area before I could speak to someone. I bought a deal from Groupon for this salon back in August, and had called them a week later to schedule my appointment. To my surprise, they were fully booked till January! I had finally made a booking for a certain date and confirmed it with the receptionist only to find out it was changed. Twice. They accused me of lying about their switching of reservations, so when I asked to have a look at their appointment book, lo and behold, there was my name, scratched out twice and my appointment had in fact been changed. They even had the gall to give me attitude despite this proof. Don't go there.

i agree with you sarah! that place is really a junk! even the staffs are untidy and so unproffesional! the staff named nora is rude and i had a slimming treatment with an old lady who doesnt know how to do her job and keeps on talking!

of course no commenets were left because this place is junk!! terrible place dirty and the owner is so rude. They do not even have standard supplies and products.
