my name is afsal .i bought a hp hp envy laptop on 5-09-2012.They offered me hp carry bag and they will arrange it with in 2 days. but now 14 days passed till there is no response.I just call the excutive for 7 times there is no response from him. now he is mis behaveing to me. his name is shine sharjah city centre E-CITY ELECTRONICS. He is saying that dont call for this bag they knows that he dont know that what time will the bag arrive. what i wiil iam facing difficult to carry this laptop to my wrok place without this bag
