Functioning of our office is paralysed due to the poor service of SHARAF DG.

PLEASE DO SOME THING URGENTLY.

I am very disappointed to tell you that the proclaimed best customer service support-Sharaf DG is providing us the least care a customer could ever receive.

This is the second time I have submitted my faulty Canon Pixma 374 Inkjet All in One Printer to the Sharaf DG customercare service point in Safeer mall in Sharjah on 14th of April after getting it serviced earlier one month ago. Please note that the printer was with the service centre in February for about 2 weeks. Since the same problem occurred again and we had requested for a replacement of the unit since it is practically impossible to afford a printer that gets faulty very often. The functionality of our office is partially paralyzed frequently due to the faulty printer. This is very much disgusting that we still have not received a replacement even after 12 days since we gave it for service on 14th April.

The sad position is that we are not able to contact the customer care, Sharaf D.G,Sharjah even after trying for more than 30 minutes daily on telephone No. 065931335,065931334 and 065931333.

I need you to take up this matter very seriously as we are facing huge loss due to the irresponsibility of the service centre which Sharaf D.G is supposed to compensate.

Hence I request your kind early feed back in this matter.

Would like to congratulate the customer service for the prompt and courteous manner in which the services are executed .Had to return an AC due to unavoidable circumstances. The staff was very cooperative, and solved the problem very professionally, with ease.
