Sent 2 rugs and informed that should be hand washed and NO tumble dry. They did the exact opposite. When I went to collect they had 'misplaced'. They finally found it and the rugs were ruined. Still waiting for compensation after a month of waiting. Manager in Al Qouz said he would get back to me but never did. What rubbish!

Very bad, never on time and they give you times and they are never on time. Quality of cleaning is not bad, but they stuff all cloths together so the ironing will kiss you goodbye...
