3 of us (1 indian and 2 pakistanis ) went today to the Sheikh Zayed Branch. We were promptly seated upstairs. We waited 10 - 15 minutes. No body came despite at least 3 waiters clearly seeing us. Another 5 minutes later, 2 arab gentlemen came, they were very promptly seated and handed the menus immediately followed by water literally within 3 minutes. The waiter serving them turned around looked at us and walked away again not bothering to ask us if we had ordered or wanted to order.

We got up - complained to the supervisor who took matters rather lightly and hence we left and went to Johnny Rockets were you can experience proper customer service.
