The best solution for JLT is chida's not to big and not to small but just perfect and they even have laundry NOW!

I like chidas because they have a lot of Iranian products it is the biggest assortiment of whole JLT at least now I dont need to drive to Deira and the manager is so nice with the white hair

Very bad experience of shopping.Nobody is taking care of the customers on the shopping floor,Even the owner.I met her.I think her name is Rachida.I am so sorry for you Rachida,somehow you got a very poor staff.Its definitely going to be a disaster.I have heard from building maint.co.staff that there was a manager so hard working and in those days the mart started doing good.But after him the mart is again going down.So sorry to see things like that in Dubai.May be the owner doesnot have the right advisors.

Very Very poor quality of work as I have worked for the mart 4 few days they are cheaters and the owner is very rude and unethical.I am sure it will close down very soon as staff is also not satisfied.

Very bad .The whole supermarket was empty when i visited .No shelf boys to help.I went to the offiice which i found by chance,and the girl told me that almost every one is delivering.Then who is going to attend the customers who want to buy by themselves.

i live in icon tower 2,im trying to find for a supermarket where i can shop easily and i found chidas mart online shopping.it was terrific because they responded it immediately and the delivery was quick.its great.....

Chidas is more progressive now..they maintain the good quality of customer service and has quick delivery..the shop has lot of items now where we cannot find to other shop.its my pleasure and has great time to shop at chidas mart.

I am sorry but its the worst ever supermarket in Dubai I have ever shopped.
I am living in Mag214 and I often visit the mart at least once a day.Nobody seemed to be taking care of the incoming customeres.There is no Manager(I have often discuss things with the previous Manager who was working so hard ,probably a Pakistani guy.He really was very good,often listened to my problems and at least tried to solve it,but some how things were not totally under his control.Once in my presence the owner shouted very badly at him.She must learn the ethics of business.I am sorry to say this is certainly going to be a failure unless the owner finds a professional Manager or at least the previous one and handover him total control.Nobody even told me where the previous manager is.Mischelle Martin.

It is such a pitty, because the owner and the staff have no idea to deal with the customers. Very soon, it will be a big competition in JLT, so I am sure Chida will have very limited or no clients. The goods aren't properly arranged in the shelves, no prices, or if the prices are there are wrong aligned! The staff is simply useless and the delivery service is under level. Maybe the owner should invest and focus on staff's training much much more!!!

One of its kind in Jumeirah Lake Towers.Good variety of items but poor customer service as nobody attaends.Good in home deliveries.
