On 7 Apr noon, was my first visit to Charley's Grilled subs in Mercato branch. Was disappointed that Charley's male staff was totally unhelpful, impatient when i ask abt the menu. I was not given any bread options, no dressing options and the worse feeling is when i saw the racial discrimination on his face when serving a Singaporean Chinese vs a caucasian. Extremely disturbed to receive such treatment here in Dubai esp from a huge international Fast food chain.
