I had a bad experience with the kfc at jumeirah road, i asked some extra tamato ketchup & was asked to pay extra. i had no problem in paying, when i asked the reason for the charges, all the time (Mr. Mosthafa) at the counter could say was 04 packets 01 AED. i felt very embrassing in front of my guests. he couldn't answer my ?. I myself work for hospitality industry and could imagine what the other guest could feel. Please try to train your staff as to improve the service.This is not a complaint. Just F.Y.I. Regards.
