they are liars they dont deliver to all place. To a point they promised me to deliver but never came to my apartment. The next day I call them they so no we will not deliver do whatever you want to do. Some rude and liars working there!!!!!! spoiled my day

I LOST MY TEMPER LAST NIGHT BECAUSE I DROPPED BY SATURDAY EVENING TO BUT=Y 6PCS OF WATER, AND SINCE MY SON IS WITH ASK THEM TO DELIVER TO MY BLDG WHICH IS OPPOSITE TO THE STORE ONLY.UNFORTUNATELY, NONE CAME TO DELIVER THE GOODS, LAST NIGHT I WENT THERE AND ASKED THEM WHERE IS MY WATER, THE CASHIER SAID " YAH YAH I WILL DELIVER" AT 9:30 PM I NEEDD TO GET DOWN AGAIN TMO REMIND THEM ABOUT MY WATER AND THIS TIME THE ANSWER WAS" OH WE FORGET YOUR BLDG NO !" I WAS SO FURIOUS BEC I CANT PREPARE MILK FOR MY SON WHO'SE SO SLEEPY THAT TIME .
ONE STAFF SAID ITS ONLY 8:50 aed GIVE HER BACK MONEY .

I DID NOT HEAR THEM SAY " SORRY"
ITS TERRIBLE !!!

I have black listed Al Madina Supermarket at Discovery Gardens due to extremely rude, impolite and untrained staff. The paying customer can get insulted by the staff and protesting customer can be told to Shut Up ! ! ! ! !

I ordered from Al Madina at around 1 pm, called at 3pm to ask what had happened and was told the staff was having lunch therefore the delay. I didnt get my stuff till about 4:30.

I totally agree with the rude filipinos....kamastaka pare, try being nice to ppl ovr the phone once in a while and please don't tell the residents of gardens and discovery gardens that it takes 2 hours to deliver groceries at home...al madina listen up you could loose some business this way!

I had a slow delivery issue at discovery garden itself. I searched internet and found this thread. I called the above number and he tried to take action quickly, while I was talking to him, the items got delivered. Delivery Bike got breakdown seems...

You have a bunch of rude Filipinas at the other end of the phone. Helen is the one I spoke to today and she positively needs fundamental training on how to handle a phone call politely. besides this supermarket is aweful with late delivery services and constantly send wrong items home. I live in DG and prefer my 5 min drive to Geant for all shopping.
