the service is a shit in frank provost saloon and staff there suck, i once called for an appointment but since the adorable lady who was talking to me had her mobile ringing just hang up on me ,it was humuliating for god's sake...really i dn,t advise any one to go there

In my entire life I have never experienced anything like the treatment I received at your salon on my first visit I thought I am not going to judge made the second appointment what followed was worst, I am surprised the place is still operating and what surprise me the most is that people still use your services that are not up to standard any apprentice will do a much,much better. Hope soon the whole place will be replaced by a new salon with new management and staff .

The salon is not welcoming at all, nor is the staff. This is not the Franck Provost I used to know from France. Hair cut skilld is fair, overall experience in the salon is poor....they dont want to waste their time with the client, and they make you feel it!!!!!!!!!!disappointing.

Frank Provost why dont you fukk off all the staff you are having now and recruit new staff, all your problems will be solved. Some of your old staff are not so good and they are polluting the new one also. I am one of your fan so please listen to me you will loss all your credibility if you dont wash your all the present staff and recruit new one.

i think the the Franck Provost himself should take some action, cos this owner with his stupidity is distroying the big name of Franck Provost here in Dubai.
he has worked very hard make his name so great and he should not alow this guy to ruin it.
please take action!!!!!!

If you are honest, hard working and never done anything wrong against rules...go the dubai labor office and complain.........Dubai labor office is very helpful..it is a blessing for people who are not getting there salaries.. dubai is a expensive country.......why dubai tolerate such employers who are suffering without there salaries.....at the end the staff will get angry and start doing stealing, fighting, not reporting to work etc etc...so the big owner is always responsible...he is asking for problems and at the end he will be black listed and face many problems...Y the salon owner does not understand these

Franck provost hire many salon managers for promising higher salaries..some managers are really capable of managing the staff and salon...once the new manager try to find avenues to strengthen salon and improve the standards the the big P will never listen, owner never listen to manager at least give a little chance to see whether things are improving...and never pay their salaries in time..so they get upset and steal things from salon, also money...at the end the manager leaves giving so many hopes to the staff too..cos he or she is helpless cos the owner will follow his own old same way as before...he is very greedy for money. but he spent lot of money not to the hard working staff..but to unwanted parties to just to make himself popular
