I just really need to comment I am really pissed off with them. they dont even know what their selling. I went there to have my camera fix for the 2nd time and they told me that it has a leak inside water in it. and I told them it is the same problem as before and he ask why I said its a waterproof camera and he told me really i didnt know. he's way so stupid and im really angry because the way they say it is way so arrogant! they dont care about their customers, theyre only concern is to sell their products and thats it. I hope someday they'll have their karma! The way they deal with people is not acceptable. I regret that I bought my camera in this shop!

Compume has the worst reputation for after sales service, and store service. I have compained in the past about the service, and product knowledge, and I was suprised with the arrogant response given to me by the manager. Quite honestly I am suprised that such retailers are allowed to operate in the UAE. There is no reason as to why the customer has to scream and yell to get any work done, and compume is just another shining example of horrible service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go shop at compume

Yea its bad service. They told me to wait in the Mall Of The Emirates branch for about hour and a half. I didnt expect they hold me for a Table monitor stand, I waited and waited then I asked the customer service guy, why I am waiting..for the supplier..so we can order the monitor stand table lol. ok take my business card and order I will send you the picture of that stand by my bblackberry. he said okay after I waited then I didnt hear from them and the number you mentioned , no answer. goodluck for the good service
