Bad After Sale Service, Had to return item 3 times with out any luck. Item is still not working!! No refund or replacement was given !!Will never buy anything from then again.

the worst louzy service ever seen this type of shop should closed down like nobody to buy from them ,its the blackberry given for repairs for 2 months all are liars thiefs in this ,taken my BB not returned the manager of I2-MOBILE Mohammed Nimar is great liar such staff to be sacked take immediate action if any higher management of this co check this email.

i've had the same horrible service! phone was in service for 2 months as well! they do not answer the phones and Mohammed Nirmars excuse was that his staff is busy maybe!!the worst country for blackberry service!!

long list of items 1 thing on there my son has been asking me to call them because he has seen this sign in the window about repairs to a gaming console i think XBOX360 so i call them and ask for maitenance on items they answer after 30 mins of holding on the phone to tell me no we dont do any gaming consoles !!!! then why have a sign that they do this in their bloody window thieving robbing b******s !

Bought a Media hard drive - it lasted 2 months then didn't work. They fixed it free of charge as it was still under warranty. Now it isn't working again...

I found Sharaf DG are the ones who never answer their phones. Been trying Sharaf for the last 3 days with no luck, just called Compume & they answered first time.
