I have always liked the food here. Pizza, wings, cheessticks, love them all... Service is generally good, they are slow when there's a rush but guess that's expected.

They never answer, and when they do there is always a 1 hour wait. Make sure you start ordering at least 1hr 30 minutes before you are hungry otherwise you will crack- eat a packet of crisps or some cereal and not be hungry by the time it comes. Literally the worst service in the whole of dubai- none of them have any common sense they never pick up the phone and when they do it takes them half an hour to take a simple order. I actually want to go down to the shop and beat them violently around the head. How can answering a phone be so difficult to these retards? Get a website that does not require human interaction please or hire someone with an IQ above 5. And how difficult is it to hire more than 2 drivers? 1 hour wait is a JOKE. Every single time i have ordered a pizza it has taken over 1 whole hour.

The last comment must me American...like me! This is why I applaud him! Remember this is an American company....if anything is bad; it’s because of the labor or anything else. I ordered Super Papa's pizza from Mall of Emirates Papa Jones, the taste is great however this is my third day now after eating, my mouth is burned and my tongues have ulcers? the question is why? is it the degree of hotness or the spices? and should it be the case?
Very bad service! Suddenly no cheesestick with meal for two only with meal for three. What's the difference, why can't you have cheesesticks with meal for two, doesn't make any sense!
All drivers is good but Narendra is very good driver he's knows how to talk with customers I like it...

I want to say somethings about your staff he working in dubai marina when I entry in your store around 11:15 pm that time he is alone in side the store taking order on the phone ,then there is dining some people eating pizza also, After finish take order on the phone he take order to me(super papa's (sc) and chexts and 3 drinks (meal for three)he's the one who make my order also ,then he clean the table also after that he go delivery how hard worker that handsome boy u know who is that staff ? I talk with he's manager also he's name is (Narendra) but other staff out side the store one is talking on the mobile ,next one is smoking.

good evening papa john's!! gold to say,that I'm regular customer of papa john's from long time. i like and i love your product.But these days I am faceing some issue with delivery man,it's make me so bares and question mark on papa john's.the guys after delivered pizza with out giving change they run away (satish,tek) from me. this is not first time it's happening so many time .I know they need some extra but customer gives some thing from their heart am I right please do somethings those delivery man thank you very much.

I really like their pizzas but the service at the garhoud one is real bad. I nomrally do a take away but many a times they havent even started making my pizza. I stopped going there when after making me wait for sometime they mentioned they had accidently given my order to someone else. When i asked for a customer service number - they said they dint have one.!
No napkins, no cups for pepsi, bad service, no plates, and of course, bad cheese on the pizza. overall, great place to eat.

I used to love Papa Johns pizza. It was the highlight of my delivery options. But a year ago or so, they must have changed their recipe because now, the pizza is terrible. I've experienced the delivery times increase, I've experienced the terrible customer service, but most of all, I've experienced their science project that they refer to as their cheese. I couldn't agree with Peter more, that stuff is freaky and really, really terrible.
Second to Round Table, Papa John's have the best pizza in Dubai but their delivery time is atrocious. One hour and fifteen minutes later I am still waiting.
I've had the same experience at Peter! What is that stuff they call "Cheese" actually made of??? Its terrible!
I'm not sure how this Papa John's can call their "Cheese" cheese, but I can assure you that the starchy substance that the Dubai Papa John's puts on top of their pizza that looks like cheese, taste nothing like any cheese I've ever eaten. As for the rock that developed in my stomach after eating their pizza last night, I can't tell if that was caused by their "cheese" or the overwhelming amount of grease that was dripping from the pizza. I regretfully ended up eating 2 pieces. The rest thankfully went into the bin.
Papa John's - what have you done? I used to really dig your pizza but you've taken a nasty turn for the worse.
They have good pizza, but we had to also wait for little over 40 minutes. It was well worth the wait though.
So pizza arrived after 1 hour... not bad - we're on the palm.... but may I recommend Pizza Express JBR. 04 437 0171.... MUUUUUUUCH better pizza

worst delivery ever , i waited my order around 1hour and 45 min, and everytime i call to check they say yes driver already left , and that they will call me. called 3 times and my last call i cancelled the order. and then after 15 min more the driver showed him self and i said thank u not accepting the Pizza after all this late.
if they cant serve at time let them not accepting to deliver.
Awesome pizza! Tasted better than that in the States! The people on the phone were a little incompetent, but you'll have that here :) Delivery took long, an hour and 15 min, but it was worth the wait.

Very, Very, Very, Very poor service!! Great pizza, but they are ALWAYS out of some topping, thin crust, cheese, and even meat!!! I just tried to make an order and was told they were out of meat for all pizza and to try back later!!! All I can say is wow!! Pizza is fattening and bad for you anyway...save yourself the disappointment and make a salad!!!
PS...their delivery is very slow!! Pizza shows up LATE and COLD!!

In Al Ain Bawadi Mall service was OK but they did not have what they advertise, Pene, Parmesan cheese, even don't have plastic bags for left overs, not even a spoon was to be had, they do not order anything to replace what they do not have in stock. poor management.

on the marina the papa johns were you eat inside is so small you can only fit in 3 family's to eat no wonder they diliver so much

Agree with all comments that say this is the best pizza in town and worst service. I'll drive from Arabian Ranches to the Marina to pick up some take out. Always love the food but always feel like I'm being treated like they'd prefer I not bother them with my business.
papa john's pizza is terrific! i love their pizza and i often visit their restaurant at the mall of the emirates.
customer service though is the worst i've seen in dubai since i came here. they are consistently giving bad customer service everytime i visit.
just yesterday, 26th of december, i tried to order from an asian lady (philippina) and she just walked to and fro doing some stuff and didn't even bother to tell me to wait for a few moments (10 mins) until i just left and opted for other restaurant. even the guy behind me waited long and just left. there were 2 cashiers on that day and i think she was the team leader wearing a lighter green clothes.
very very bad customer service and i swear i will never ever come back there for that attitude!
